Quality is good, some items experience discoloration after a few washes (I always use cold cycle) but everything I’ve bought there is quality materials and very comfortable. 1-star review for a customer service failure by Erika. Great store, rather on the small side. Staff was very helpful
Products are great — we’ve ordered many sheet sets from Parachute and they’re lovely. But 1 star for your purchase follow up and your online store setup. Can’t track orders without downloading an app, or maybe you can? But the link from the confirmation email to get order details just leads to a non-formatted Shopify 404 ‘something went wrong.’ I can do literally nothing post purchase without downloading a poorly-branded, not white-labeled third-party app. Parachute should be better than that.
Love this store! Great customer service from the assistant store manager Nay. I always leave the store feeling taken care of and happier than when I came in.
