No wonder why they are closing ! Bad customer service
White duvet cover shredding badly after less than 2 years of use and 3 washes - following the exact care instructions. Very poor quality considering the $300+ price point. I can get higher quality product at Target for $50. I was unable to share the complaint with Parachute until 3 days after the 2 year warranty expiration - no help offered. The quality of these sheets are INCREDIBLE. Additionally, the help I received over several weeks in bulk ordering for a yacht I work on was AMAZING. Sales associate, Reny, went above and beyond helping execute a very large order that was time sensitive. She’s also generally so sweet and attentive, almost like a private shopper. 10/10!
I purchased sheets from this location less then 4 years ago. I purchased king size fitted sheet , top sheet & pillow cases. They sold me standard pillow cases instead of King. And this week the sheet tore. I maintained the care instructions they provide. I do not have pets. These sheets are very expensive. I contacted Parachute corporate. Basically so sad to bad. Go to the comments on Instagram. They are not good.
