Dr. Paracha is awesome, however, when it came to a mix up with the sleep institute and this office the receptionist tried to point fingers. She was rude and later when i messaged Paracha following an appointment, what I thought was private on my portal turned out to get intercepted and read by the receptionist. Glad I didnt mention anything concerning my medical condition that I didnt want anyone to see.

Dr Paracha is amazing. He's straight to the point about conditions which may give the perception about having lousy bedside manners. I think its a culture thing and not a personal attack on the patients. He's always been helpful to me and I've always had my appointments on scheduled on time. Even the virtual ones. I will admit though, his staff/reception team needs to do better. Very discourteous for sure.

Dr. Paracha is okay, but the office staff needs some help. They're always short and snippy, never kind and easy going. The most annoying thing is when I check out from my appointment and they say "your next appointment is x day at x time" without ever asking when I want to schedule my next appointment.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PULMONOLOGIST. He is fatphobic, not thorough at all, and has a horrendous bedside manner. Literally anyone else would be better
