My differently able daughter absolutely loves this class and the instructors! They are so great at motivating them. Highly recommend Drew & his team!
My wife and I dropped in and were welcomed right away by both owners. They were friendly, passionate about their gym, and took the time to share their culture with us. The layout was awesome and had everything we needed (ropes, sandbags, sleds, barbells, free weights, and machines). The space was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and clearly well cared for. We had a great experience and would highly recommend Cardinal CrossFit to anyone looking for a supportive and top-notch gym!
I have to say this gym is EXCELLENT! Joining a new gym is always nerve-wracking, but I have felt sooo welcomed since day one! The coaching here is fantastic- all of the coaches have been so personable, friendly, & incredibly knowledgeable. Their cues are so helpful and I am so excited to see how much I progress here at Cardinal! I'm always so excited for my next class, just such a great atmosphere with wonderful members as well :)
Dropped in for Murph and was blown away by the place! It was clear the owners put alot of love and effort into it. Everyone was super nice, top notch equipment, clean, and very smoothly run. Will definitely be dropping in more often!
