Excellent gym, Cam is an amazing coach facilities are great.
This is the absolute best gym community filled with skilled, caring coaches, fantastic workouts, and amazing people who will lift you up and motivate you to keep going far beyond what you thought possible.
Dropped-in over the Christmas through New Year break. Excellent box. I want to thank the coaching staff of Cameron, Andrew, Katie, and Manya for being so welcoming. The box itself is spacious with plenty of equipment to perform any type of CrossFit workout. Programming is challenging but rewarding. Will definitely visit again if I am ever in the area. If you are looking for a box to drop-in or you've moved to the area, this is THE box to join.
