DR Parisa’s behaviour towards the patients who need sympathy & support is shocking!!! What is the purpose of being a Practitioner/Clinician? To help patients? Correct !!! So, why is she still doing this job because she is not only disrespectful towards the patients who book appointment with her, but also a big disappointment for receiving healthcare service after coming out of her office!!!
Highly recommended. I was seen over the holiday season as my usual doctors were having a Christmas break, even though a new patient. I was promptly assessed and put on medication which prevented a medical emergency and then followed up. Thank you for great service, advice and compassion.
Consistently 30 plus minutes late for nearly every appointment. I understand doctors are busy but so are the patients
It’s disappointing to have to leave a negative review, but this feedback is directed at the clinic’s management, as there are serious issues that need to be addressed. This morning was extremely frustrating. I booked a telehealth appointment for my father, who has cold and flu symptoms, with a doctor scheduled for 10:00am. It is now 11:00am and no doctor has called. When I contacted the clinic to ask whether the doctor would still be calling, I was placed on hold for eight minutes, only for the call to be disconnected.
