poca chiarezza negli ordini e mancanza di trasparenza nella descrizione delle spese accessorie. dopo due giorni dall'ordine mi è arrivata la notifica delle spese di spedizione pari a 26,30 dollari per un materiale del valore di 26 dollari. inoltre alla consegna è stata applicata una tassa doganale pari a 14,01 dollari. alla fine ho speso 66 dollari per materiale che ne vale 26. non comprerò più niente con paragear

I recently purchased an Ares II altimeter from Para Gear. The altimeter itself was in perfect condition, but the mount was torn. I emailed Para Gear and Maureen reached out to me within 24hrs . A new mount was shipped to me at no charge immediately. Customer service was both timely and efficient! Looking forward to buying more gear from Para Gear in the future
