I will say that I have ordered multiple items from Para Bllum Products, have elliced information about whether several of would serve me well, and if the items would interface with mine before I purchased these items. I received a reply in a timely manner with concise anwsers! I have always received my purchased products in a acceptable time frame packed well! Their responses were recieved by email within two days at the most, with most received the next day. I will continue to do business with them enjoying the experience!
Another company that just doesn't get it. They take a week to ship products they say they have in stock. They use excuses like they were traveling. So what if you're traveling? The customer gives you their hard earned money and you think it's acceptable to sit on it and ship whenever you want? When you're done galavanting around?
