The NP I work with at PR is excellent. She's conservative with medication and very attentive to my needs and input into what will and won't be helpful to me. That being said... NEVER EXPECT ANYONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE. Ever. If you leave a message..maybe..just maybe, it will be within that 48 hours or whatever the recording says...but expect more like a week, or 5 - and odds are, you WILL be in the shower when they call back. This is the first review I have ever completed for any Doctor’s office or medical facility, however I feel like my experience should be shared. If I could give Par Rehab a 0, I would! I will say the person doing the initial testing and the psychologist were friendly. I took my son for a full evaluation and testing in August of 2018. At the initial consult, we were scheduled for another meeting about 4 weeks later to discuss the results. As most of these reviews will reveal, I had a terrible experience with PAR rehab as well. When dealing with patients who has mental health issues, and are trying to get the right help, you should show compassion and urgency. This is something the employees are PAR lack immensely. They had already billed (and was paid) my insurance, but refused to release a copy of the report to my PCP or to me until I paid the remaining balance! Terrible. NO communication. No one EVER answers the phone. NO one EVER returns calls. Hey, it is only my kid right? No big deal when your business is neurological exams and diagnosing critical neurological issues. I am beyond aggravated. I could never behave like this within my job and maintain the position. If you have other options follow them.

One of worst medical experiencers I have encountered. Telephone calls not returned. Results initially promised in 4-6 weeks, then 6-8 weeks, then finally received after 10 weeks after personal visit to office and multiple calls from PCP. Two appointments with PCP cancelled due to results not being available when promised. Then would not provide a copy of the results because insurance had not paid bill yet - ludicrous. These people should be embarrassed.

Worst service I have ever been subjected to. Phone contact with a live person is impossible. Staff who returned my call after 10 messages left, was rude and unprofessional. Told me my account was past due (Blue Cross paid them)and they wont send results to my primary doctor who referred me so the whole test etc. was a complete waste of my time. This place is a joke.
