It is 10pm. A crew of PAR West is working on overhead lines in Fountain Valley, CA. The trucks are loud but that's not the problem, the unnecessary hooting and hollering is the problem. They are 30 feet from ppl's bedrooms in $1,200,000 houses, ppl have to try to get some sleep, and the crew is ADDING to the noise, AND the person supervising them isn't stopping their immature behaviour. Find another firm, these guys are hacks.

They are supposed to notify it resonance of a road closure in advance. Three times they've closed my road no notifications. I'm a contractor and I have to notify residents a week in advance.
