I've had the pleasure of working with them twice now. They are super fast getting someone out and the guys that have done the work are not only incredibly efficient but also really nice. Can't ask for more!
AMAZING!!! Thank you Shelly for standing by your word and getting it done. My children and I had been without a working stove for 2 days for repairs. Once repairs were done we needed the gas to be turned back on by a licensed contractor. Shelly and her team were contacted given a timeframe. They met the timeframe with little notice and the TECH was so polite and patient. THANK YOU BEYOND WORDS.
Absolutely awful, the girl Riley told me I would get a call when the plumber is 30 minutes away. I paid someone to sit at my house for my 2-4 window. At 3:40, I called Riley and asked for an ETA, considering she promised me i would get a 30 min before they arrived, and it was only 20 minutes to the end of my window, she said she would find out and i never received a call from her and then received a call at 4:05, that he was at my house. I originally scheduled an appointment for them to come fix my water heater and due to their truck breaking down they had to cancel our appointment and reschedule for a later time. The day they came over they did not call me to confirm the time and I was in the hospital. They showed up and of course I wasn’t there so I ended up getting charged a no show fee of $69.
