Stay away!!!! Horrible experience!!!! Owner of Par misrepresented his experience and ability to build a custom home to us. He used inexperienced subs/labor, eliminated details that were on plans without authorization, put angle irons instead of lintels so bricks were sitting on roof, was suposed to put metal roof in low pitch area but put asphalt so nails started rusting out in less than 1 year, had major leaks, had liens placed against our home even though we paid him up front, had serious black mold issue in our house whil... read more
