Don’t waste your time or benefits on this place . Unprofessional from the time you phone in. Seen other therapists and it’s a lot different when professional. PAR is garbage!
Initially, Kathy was great. Had a great rapport with her. Once I was dealing with my trauma well enough though, I was being defined by my addictions. What works for her I found offensive to be pushed on me. Every person I know of where I work that goes there, no matter who they see, it’s the same story. Huge push on AA Cultish?
Cathy is very good actually she is amazing have a very long experience and the Reception is very good. Highly recommend
Expensive... Just to get charged to file paper work and get send home a photocopy of a page from a book
Writing this review in the hopes that others can avoid my experience. Kathy is not equipped to treat trans patients in any capacity let alone issues related specifically to transness. I ended up cutting our first session short by 30 minutes but in the 30 minutes we did speak she managed to: -ask if I had "completed" my transition -tell me that, for some people, pronouns are just too hard to understand and I should work on just accepting that -compare her status as a recovering alcoholic to being trans -ask if my hrt meds wer... read more
