I’m really disappointed with this barbershop. After I missed my son’s appointment, they blocked my account without making any effort to reach out and understand what happened. They had all my contact info and knew who I was. When my wife called to cancel, they didn’t even pick up the phone. This is not how a business should operate, especially when I’ve been a loyal customer. Communication is key, and blocking me without trying to resolve the situation is unacceptable. Was recently followed confronted and threatened by a Barber at Pare after giving them a poor review 4 months ago. It's on video. ,. Unreal.. going to call the Cops. 4 months ago they refused to finish haircut said was too tangled then when we left politely.. he changed his mind and followed us outside asking to cut our hair... No sinks to wash your hair... We decided to leave. Went to Mainstreet Hair Innisfil.... Where there was absolutely no issues at all.
