My husband and I want to thank Pare & Associates and, specifically, Mike Valenti, for the assistance provided during a very difficult time; settling the estate of my daughter who passed away suddenly and unexpectedly at the the age of 29. After my daughter’s estate was settled, Mike assisted us with preparing and providing us with our will’s and other estate planning documents. I would not recommend Pare & Associates based on my experience. I felt that I was misrepresented throughout my case and the service I received was both overpriced and poor. My first attorney, Lisa, quit halfway through because she was overwhelmed. She was unprepared for my pendente lite hearing and set my case on a downward trajectory from the start. Another attorney later took over and was more competent, but I felt he did not want to take the case to trial. Because of that, I am now facing the consequences of bad advice. O... read more
