I came to Pare & Assoc because my wife would not allow me over night access to my child. In fact, she dictated what I could and could not have. When I pushed back, she tried to get the courts to work against me by filing a protective order against me. I retained Pare & Assoc to defend me. They were successful in getting the protective order denied, but more importantly, they secured immediate 50% physical custody for me as we await trial. For the amount I paid for my family case, I expected more involvement from the lawyer. Instead, there was less focus on my family case and more charges on my account. I would not recommend for any family cases. The lawyer himself did not seem very sure of himself at the end…Thank you for your response.
