COMPLETE CROOKS. After not needing the carts, I rented. The said they would pick up the carts and issue a refund. Well, they picked up the carts. But no refund ever came. They lied and said there was damages, and they would send me the information. I never received anything. They will not pick up or return my calls or respond to email. Completely dishonest not trustworthy people. If I could issue negative starts, it would be a million.
Don’t walk RUN AWAY FAST!!!! This place is a complete rip off, if they didn’t solve the problem of your cart and claim it’s fixed they WILL NOT return any of your calls. After claiming my dad’s cart needed new batteries (which we knew wasn’t the issue because we took our brand new batteries from our cart and put it into my dad’s cart and the issue was still there) they insisted it was batteries 1700.00 later the issue still remains and they said oh we’ll make it right a month later still No working cart no returned phone cal... read more
