They gave me a delivery date for Tuesday (Monday was show storm day) but siad they would try for Saturday & they did just that, delivered before the snow so I was able to crank the heat for everyone coming in from shoveling and running the snow blower. These guys are just so good, and I found them looking for the lowest price and I continue to see them at lowest prices around. Thank you for making the effort to make that snow storm a little less scary.
I wouldn’t give this company time or day ! I was suppose to get oil delivered on Saturday because my tank was on reserve. On Sunday we still had NO OIL and I called back and spoke to Lauren who said “we had to pull our trucks in early due to snow” we moved you to first thing Monday morning. Paquettes promised to deliver fuel next day however, they never showed up. They didn't answer multiple voicemails or texts. I urgently needed fuel and I waited around for Paquettes to just blow me off during a cold week. I decided to go with another company after waiting two days of radio silence. Paquettes will leave you pissing in the wind . Never using them again. I'm just glad I didn't pay upfront.
Got 100 gal and was out in less than a week. Texted Mike his wife called said say delivery. Went without heat all night 17 degrees with 2yr old in house. Watched the window for delivery from 8am until I got text from wife said Monday. ??? I was beside myself! And the wifey there texted me back with an attitude!!! She wrote “ eXCUSE ME! Really?????
