Worst experience we have ever had. I would look any where else for a plumber unless you like being overcharged. Where to begin, we had them install 2 hot water heaters and complete some boiler work. Very unprofessional. They spent the majority of time on their phones watching you tube videos and making phone calls. Took 2 days to do a one day job. I rent a storage unit here and their pricing is very fair.
Paquette plumbing installed two heating/hot water wall units, and both units had problems with the venting of the exhaust pipes. Met with Nick the owner of the company, and he acknowledged the faulty installations, and said they could be corrected. However, after three additional phone calls to the office and an email, no one ever call back or reply to my email. According to the installation manual, the exhaust pipe needs 24 inches of clearance below the soffit for hot air to escape, or through the roof. Paquette vented the ... read more
