Mike does a great massage and tailors it to your individual needs. He really cares about ensuring he targets the areas of your body where you have tension, discomfort, etc. and takes the time to educate you on how to make corrections to your posture and daily activities in order to sustain positive results.

Micheal was amazing. I had a great experience and he makes you feel so comfortable with his Zen like vibe. My ankle and knee pain is so much better.

Both my wife and I enjoy regular massages with Candace. The technique Candace uses should be studied in massage school because it's so intuitive and effective. Knots may try to hide but Candace finds them and helps restore peace and relaxation into the muscles. She is truly gifted from God when it comes to massage.

I felt after ~5 years I would provide an update to my previous review. The latest Sound Healing treatment seems quite interesting; still yet another treatment option Mike has pursued to provide his clients not just relaxation but relief from health issues. I also deeply appreciate Mike and his staff approaching each visit in a personal yet still professional manner. I know my body feels more at home each visit, and responds accordingly. And last but not least, scheduling a visit is always so easy.

Have followed Michael for years. His knowledge, experience and insight have not only provided me with pain relief but helpful information, different ways I can improve my approaches in daily living tasks along with helpful resources. Over the years Michael has expanded services in several other wellness areas including nutrition weight management and other holistic practices. I just Love him !
