Chad did a great job painting the wood soffits underneath the overhang of the roof, which are tricky to reach all around the house. Chad is a great communicator and discussed the job with us in detail before starting work. Setup and cleanup were perfect and not a stray drip of black paint anywhere! Highly recommended. Chad did a fabulous job on my house. He’s meticulous and a perfectionist, to the point that he aligns the screws the same direction on switch plates! Love it. The paint job was absolutely perfect. He’s easy going and personable and completely trustworthy. He’s also very tidy and you’d hardly know he’d been there once he puts everything away at the end of a work day.
