Great people to do business with, did everything they said they would and did it when said they would. Made the whole process too easy. Installed in the morning and a warm house in the evening.
Thankyou to Shaun for his knowledge and his recommendation of the SA made and owned Nectar combustion heater. Service and installation were prompt and lovely to get a follow up call to check in on us. The heater has been used a few times now after seasoning for frost 3 burns and is smokeless and burns all the wood to fine ash…very good result. Recently had a Jindara wood heater installed. Shaun came out to quote, ensure the heater would be placed as we wanted it and fit within the roof line. We had other companies quote us sight unseen which would have been our mistake if we went with them. The installers were on time, very clean and tidy and did an amazing installation job. I have recommended Papworth already to others.
