Very friendly, professional service to install a quality steel wind cowl (with mesh to prevent birds from entering flue) on chimney of our two-storey home. We also appreciated the advice provided about wood heaters as we consider options for replacing existing old one. Highly recommend.

We recently purchased a fireplace from the team at Papworth and they were incredible every step of the way. They were super knowledgeable about the different products they stocked and what would suit out home. Shaun came out for a home inspection to quote for installation and scheduled it within the month 😊 The team who installed it were also fantastic. Clean and professional and gave our inquisitive puppy lots of love. Would 100% recommend them for any of your heating and cooling needs.
