Pappys Carwash has been fantastic for our entire family. Our cars and trucks always come out clean and they have everything you need there to clean your truck, including vacuums, towels, compressed air, and even a mat cleaner. The employees are very nice including Jeremy! Keep up the great work and we will continue using this carwash with our monthly memberships.
Every time I visit this car wash, I leave impressed. They always have clean towels and spray bottles ready to use, which makes a huge difference when you’re trying to keep your car looking its best. Scratches on brand new car, and they played ignorant to the fact. Will never use or recommend.
Scratched my pick up and the wash is terrible. There’s a new place over in Fate a lot better.
Had a great experience at this car wash today. Jeremy, the operations manager, came out personally and delivered excellent customer service. He suggested adding the $5 bug wash, and I’m glad he did, my windshield was covered in bugs, and the extra service made a noticeable difference. It was a thoughtful upsell that actually added value. You don’t often see that level of attention and professionalism. Solid operation and I appreciate the effort.
