Tom Pappenfus is an exceptional all around attorney. He was very straightforward with my wife and I about the possible outcomes, and always seemed to be one step ahead in planning our next strategy. The paralegal staff was also very courteous, knowledgable and prompt in their responses, which made the whole stressful process much more bearable.
