We had 10 fishing guys stay at Pawpaw’s fishing Pads #1 and 2. The pads were very nice. Clean, fully equipped inside and out with great access to the river. We have stayed here before and the experience has always been great. And Bob Light is a very accommodating host and sees that the guests needs are met,

We love coming to Pappaws’s! The house is always clean and well stocked, along with the grills and patio tables to use while you’re there! He had corn hole and horse shoes to play, with fire pits as well! He has a wood pile to burn from and plenty of river bank to fish from! Access in and out of the river for Kayaks and for the kids getting in and out! You really can’t beat the location and amazing cookies when you stay! We will be back for sure!!

We stayed at Pappaw’s fishing pad on the South Holston River in Tennessee with out Middle Tennessee Fly Fishing Club in June of 2024. The acceleration s could not be better it is literally walk out the front door and you are on the South Holston River by Webb’s bridge. There was good fly fishing right there in front of the place and it was close to all the good fishing spots on the river.
