My family has been going to Papaw's fishing pad every year since 2020. We Love it at Papaw's!! Very relaxing and peaceful to spend a weekend or a week. Great fishing also. Visited this year September 5th through the 8th. Had a wonderful time !!
We absolutely loved Pappaw’s Pad #1. Such A perfect location, right on a world famous trout stream. We loved sitting down by the river in the afternoons and early evening, even casting from the banks. The inside was quaint and full of lots of character. We slept well, relaxed well, rested well and really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, very user friendly, lots of parking for our truck and trailer. Really, just could not have been better for us. Can’t recommend Pappaw’s enough!
We had a great weekend relaxing on the deck overlooking the river. The cabin was very clean and well appointed. I suggest bringing binoculars to watch the bald eagles!
Great place! Great coffee set up, very clean, and right on the river! Owners are great people, and happy to help with anything.
