RecommendedI lived at 801 E. Ann St (basement unit) and it was the best rental experience I had during all of college. Kathy doesn't have a big-time rental company like McKinley, Cabrio, etc. and it really shows - she is so attentive, responsive, and honestly just nice! The property was really clean, including the carpets, and whenever something broke she had it repaired within a few hours and never charged us for stuff that was just a part of the house. I lived at a Pappas rentals apartment for 6 years while in Ann Arbor. I had a fantastic experience. Kathy is a wonderful and helpful landlord and always responded to any problems that I had quickly. The apartment that I lived in was very nice and well suited to my needs. The locations available are excellent for people who work at or attend the University of Michigan, as I did. I highly recommend renting from Pappas!
Extremely respectful and attentive to tenants! Kathy responds to any issues within seconds and is immediately working to resolve the problem. Very friendly management and well-maintained buildings. I highly recommend renting any of their properties.
