It is important to know that if your home warranty provider dispatches Pappas Plumbing LLC to your home, your warranty request will not be a priority. My limited experience with Pappas Plumbing LLC (for a second opinion) included a lack of communication and scheduling issues (8hr service window and no call no show after 8pm - unacceptable).
