Great place. Everyone listens to you, explains what is going on in ways you understand, and everyone is friendly.
The therapists who have helped me at Pappas on Smith St.have been immense. Each is very professional, knowledgeable, willing to listen and to explain the process in detail. I've been treated by many physical therapists, and I believe Pappas therapists are the best. I'm very grateful for them.
ZERO STARS .. ZERO.....goose egg.. let me start with that.. I woke up one day with a nerve pinch in my left upper dorsal scapula area the Ulnar nerve to be specific.. I called your group at Pappas opt and I was given thr first appointment they had I called in a Friday I got in on Monday evening at like 7pm.. I was in soo much pain I was sweating the girl who spoke to me on the phone as nice as she was wasn't equipped to deal with my situation I remember being asked to do excercises which made the pain worst then I was left o... read more
The North Providence office is full of all professionals. I had Laura and Justin working with me for my physical therapy and they were great . I would come back to this office again if I need physical therapy.
Excellent physical therapy practice. I had a really bad shoulder injury and after about 6 weeks was able to avoid surgery and was almost 100% better. They have very knowledgeable therapists
