When I had shoulder surgery, I had no idea where to go for physical therapy. I spent time searching for the right place, and thankfully, Erika at the front desk made that decision easy for me. I went there with dizziness/positional vertigo (BPPV) and they diagnosed it within 30 minutes and treated it the same session as well. I can't praise Jillian enough, she educated me in great detail in what the issue was and explained every upcoming step in the process ahead of time. Thank you Jillian, they are lucky to have her there!!!

For the most part my visits were good. My last appointment I was left on the table for 20 minutes of my 1 hour session, forgotten about. West, the gentleman who was supposed to help me was too distracted, doom-scrolling on his phone in the office. I immediately canceled any future appointments after being forgotten about.
