Very rude secretary and very irresponsible attorney. I referred this Law office to one of my clients that had purchased a house. He has been having some tenant eviction issues. I called to ask on my client's behalf that some info that they are presenting are wrong. Guess what, secretary answered "email us because attorney is very busy, and we will get back to you" after i told her if its ok for him to call me back after he has some time. Very rude secretary. i would never refer them to my clients again as a Realtor.
5 stars all the way no question!!! I recently worked on a very complicated real estate deal on a condo in Astoria with Ms. Leah Pappas and I have to say that she was the hero of this transaction from start to finish. If it wasn’t for her this deal would’ve collapsed several times over easily. I highly recommend her for any of your needs. Terrible customer service, called to speak to a lawyer and all the receptionist kept saying they are both in court with a very bad attitude. If they are in court then take a message that is why you are there for!!!
They are not lawyers, they are butchers…don’t waste your time and money dealing with these people, save yourself
