Stay away! Missed the filing deadline for my partner. Extremely poor communication.
Stay away. They were supposedly filing the appropriate responses and info with the IRS. They ended up getting my offer rejected. They had one of their employee call me, I asked what are my options? He said pay the bill....LOL I called the IRS myself and was informed the offer was rejected for lack of responses and incorrect info submitted. I corrected myself and got offer approved. waste of money... stay away
