I placed an order for my Board of Directors during our retreat in Houston to give them a local taste. There were numerous errors with the delivery. Please note that I reached out to Pappas both by phone and email withing 30 minutes of the delivery and received no response. Given that a total of 4 orders were incorrect and 1 was missing entirely, a refund of some sort was due.
