Pappas Construction was a huge help during my brother’s VA Specially Adapted Housing (SAH) Grant project.They were knowledgeable about the process and did an excellent job navigating complex federal and local codes while maintaining a compassionate, veteran-focused approach. Communication was clear, and they made sure the modifications truly fit my brother’s accessibility needs. I highly recommend them to anyone working through a VA SAH grant!
They’ve been contracted to my apartment and they cause more damage than they fix. The remodeled my bathroom and left it leaking water which resulted in my downstairs neighbor having an entire wall of mold. They were contracted for black mold and water leakage from my kitchen sink still nothing is fixed. They continue to come out and do NOTHING.
Pappas Construction is the best! When the VA told me to pick a Construction Company they sent 3 sheets of names and Pappas Construction stood out on the sheet (I believe it was a God thing). We had the SAH Grant. they made our main floor wheelchair assessable for my husband that hadn't been home for 4 years due to being in hospitals & nursing homes due to diabetes & infections. He has had his right leg amputated below the knee, his left led amputated above the knee and his left hand & half way up to his elbow amputated and h... read more
