First let me start by saying, I like the bbq from Pappas. Second, check your order before you leave especially through drive-thru. Disappointing experience at the Duncanville location. I ordered the three-piece beef rib plate at the drive-through and paid extra (about $30) for the third rib, then got home and found the extra rib missing entirely.
