Saturday I placed a large order including several pounds of meats, sides and desserts. The entire staff were all hands on deck ensuring my order was correct. The manager Andrew made sure I had fresh hot food and he gave me an ETA. Andrew carried my order to my car. He suggested that he do so. My mother was impressed as with all of my family with hoelw good everything was.
Been eating here regularly over last few years, service has been declining over last few months.
Ordered 2 beef ribs that were so dry it felt like you were chewing on leather. Never again
So I ordered a beef brisket baked potato and was given raw meat inside. I had to come up to return it and was told it was the fat from the meat. India who claimed she was the manager refused to give me a refund and only offered to remake. Someone can get seriously ill behind that and I just felt like it wasn’t enough care or Customer service.
The staff was very helpful and courteous. This establishment for me is worth every bit of my money and the hour drive to get to 🥰🤗
