Pappardelle’s is a local staple and absolutely phenomenal. As local Seattleites, we always enjoy visiting and buying their delicious pasta. They always have a great assortment of pastas and they are fresh and delicious and cook really well. I love the flavors. The staff are always nice and kind. There is even a guy that works there that if you tell him where you are from or what you do, or your interest, he can give you a full story. It’s super cool. I highly recommend pappardelle pasta. It is so worth it to purchase some!
Insanely rude staff, I'm on the spectrum and it took me awhile to realize that I wasn't laughing along with them, but they were laughing at me. I dont normally come on to write reviews. They offer free samples of a bunch of olive oils and vinegars.

She gave us excelletn suggestions and we tried so many different oils and balsamic vinegars. We ended up leave with 4 bottles and two pastas! The samples were great, but it was truly Alicia's guidance that really made the stop worthwhile
I purchased some pasta at the Issaquah farmers market recently - lemon gluten-free and pepper trio lasagna sheets. The service at the market was absolutely wonderful and attentive. The lasagna sheets did not seem to have instructions on the packaging specific to them, so I went with my usual method of par-cooking the sheets by soaking them in hot water for 20 minutes before using them in a lasagna bolognese. The flavor and bite are great, however they are a bit thick compared to the sheets I have used in the past. I have yet... read more
