I worked with Jim for at five or six years. There were small slips here and there in communication, but nothing out of the ordinary. This year the wheels fell off and our return was bungled, resulting in IRS penalties. We simply asked he pay the IRS penalty on our behalf. The preparer blamed us for essentially not anticipating his mistake and then shrugged off the penalty as our fault. Jim is the best. We have been using him for our business and personal taxes for a few years now. He is accurate and prompt as well as very helpful. He is so quick to return a call or email to us which means a lot.

Jim and his team did my personal and business taxes in 2016 and 2017, excellent job. I do not have the run of the mill tax return. Jim was able to listen to my specific situation. and handled it like a champ. Plan to use their services again.

Horrifying. Mr. Pappalardo was asked to file taxes for my business and my partner for 2016. He was given ample advance notice and a clear written account of the situation. He failed to do the returns correctly. He comprised a joint filing which was not what we asked for and our instructions could not have been more clear. Once We received our returns on April 10, 2016.
