Buyer beware! There's a reason the place looks like a dump! I had the front struts replaced. Upon completion, the hubcaps were not aligned with the valves but bashed onto the tires. One tire had to be repaired because the valve had a slow leak. Who is capable of such incompetence? I asked the owner who said come back in a few days to discuss it. He probably wanted to have some back around. I offered to split the cost of the damaged caps if he would cover the cost of the tire repair ($38.70). He just went off! Screaming and y... read more
Super rude had my car since Monday and can’t give an update….. Dude just hung up on me because I told him I needed an update…. If my car dealership wasn’t paying for this repair I would got get my car….. Dude that answered the phone is nasty and I wouldn’t take my dog to get fixed by him…..
The mechanic is very knowledgeable and professional
I will NEVER take my cars anywhere else as long as I’m in CLE. Nick is awesome and wholesome his father is always kind. They have fair prices and know wth their doing! In my opinion, this is the best shop in Cleveland
