This has nothing to do with his work talent.. But if I book an appointment for during my lunch break please honor my appointment that was set 4 days earlier. Very disappointing when you go for your set appointment and you’re just starting on someone else. Had to leave because it was my lunch break and did not have time to wait till you finished with your other client. Appointments are made for a reason.
