I don't write reviews normally but was compelled to do so in this case. I helped a patient make a reservation through Medicaid Transportation (MAS in NYC) and they did not pick her up. But that's not all. The patient received a call from a driver to say they were on their way and then another call to say there was no reservation and that was it. Why are these ambulances allowed to park overnight and have no off-street parking for any of their vehicles? What rankles me is that their drivers then park their personal vehicles in the same spot to ensure that local residents have even less parking. This is a for hire business, use a parking lot.

i called to ask a price for transportation from manhattan to long island and they said they didnt have anything available before i even said a day, a lady answered the phone saying hello, she just said over and over we dont have anything available - scam place im sure !! ZERO STAR
