Shop is bright and clean. Everyone was friendly. Cut was perfect, exactly what I asked for. They had an issue with their water heater but the water was warming up, not unbearable. She was very apologetic about the water although it wasn't her fault. No issues using a groupon. Will definitely visit this salon again.
I got a cut and balayage with Carolyn and she did an amazing job! Friendly, sweet and knowledgeable! Would definitely recommend Carolyn and Papillon Salon to others.
Gel polish application on my toes was very sloppy
What an amazing place! Carolyn is wonderful and great at what she does. I had a great experience and will be going there constantly. Had partial highlights that looked amazing and value is great too. Highly highly recommended
