I took my 1st class today and from what the teacher said well I took an advanced class oops lol but she said I did a great job I will be going again love love love this class she makes sure your comfortable makes sure your ok with the moves if not she will change them. Worth the class you will learn some moves even if you think you got all the moves lol 😆

Andrey’s Tues 5:30pm Strength and Mobility Class is awesome. I can’t believe how much I learn in each of his classes and I’ve been teaching fitness for more than 20 years! His attention to detail is thorough but not overwhelming and he is great with beginners. He is precise with cueing, thoroughly professional and his demonstrations are mesmerizing. I’d recommend this class to anyone!
As a teacher and a learner, I alway need more flexibility. I take Flexibility classes whenever I can to rest and expand my overall physical abilities. Classes are open to EVERYONE and no experience is necessary. No Judgments in a very private boutique space.
