I'm shocked there are reviews here from people who have actually seen a doctor at this office. They have cancelled my appointment 3 TIMES! I understand things happen, which is why I gave them so many chances. But this is ridiculous, it has been two months! Icing on the cake was when the receptionist was rude when I became irritated. Um, no. If you want to see a dermatologist and have them actually keep an appt, try ANYWHERE else.
I've been going to Papillon Dermatology since I moved to Arizona in 1999. I recommend them to all my friends and family. The doctors and staff are absolutely the best. I am a frequent patient due to my own love for the sun so I am in quite a bit, but the office staff is professional, efficient and very friendly.
My husband and I have been patients for years. Very professional doctors and staff. Always go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.
