Charged more than online price in hair salon. Constant 'pushing' of products. However massage and facial fabulous.
Went for a facial - best one ever. Time and meticulous attention to extractions. Also totally lovely lady - very experienced. Dita - ask for her. 10/10 will go again.
Went home and cried. The blow dry was painful, no heat protectant was used and she had to be reminded to use hairspray. The curls even before leaving were uneven some bent weird and had no volume i had to ask her to fix the same curl multiple times and then they all fell out in an hour anyway. only plus side was the staff were all nice just my experience was really really upsetting.
Amazing service. Fantastic staff. Wax, hair, nails, massage, facial. All under one beautiful roof.
