Got there at 11:20 am and had two trucks ahead of me no big deal. An hour later bumped the dock and sat there for four and a half hours while they “ staged “ the load of paper. Since when does it take 4.5 hours to stage, scan and load twelve rolls of paper? They had no one else to load, in the mean time I inquired about the delay and got attitude from the shipper and his boyfriend. Last time I ever go there! Total shithole and shit show.
