Not great. They work with Gavin Auto group and the whole operation stinks. I had Laura demand $100 from me to complete my Corp code that I was originally told I didn’t need (from Matt at Gavin Group). This van has transmission issues, door issues, roof leaks and I don’t even have temp tags because they are expired!
I was referred by my cousin who has worked with yohanna for a long time. I sent my tax information months ago to file my tax return. She said “all good ill take care of it” never got back with me. Called and her assistant said they would call me back. Never did. Thank God I had another accountant to extend my tax return. Embarrassing. Especially coming from a referral from a long time client.
Magnificent customer service, helpful, and very patient with me since it was my first time going there. Will recommend more people here and will be going back!
