PaperPack was founded in 1999 by Randy and Janice Smith. Our first warehouse was Janice's old high school building which had been converted into warehouse and office space. We were primarily an industrial paper and packaging distributor and most of our clients were manufacturing facilities in NW Georgia and NE Alabama. PaperPack has been an outstanding partner for my company in terms of supplying paper goods, copy paper, bathroom facility materials, etc... Randy Smith has created a well oiled machine in that their customer service really is second to none, they are prompt, and have been great to deal with so that I don't have to think about trying to take care of these things myself and I can focus on my business.
We have been purchasing promotional materials for our HVAC company from PaperPack, Inc. for about a year now. Working with Christian Terry is always an enjoyable experience. He is easy to communicate with and quick to respond to emails. Pricing is affordable and the materials we have received have been of good quality.
