What fantastic customer service! We had to cancel an event due to illness and the support team at Paperless Post credited back my coins and walked me through, step-by-step, how to recreate an updated invitation. There is a learning curve when first using the website, but once you get into it I was impressed with the capabilities of these online invitations. Thank you, Paperless Post!
Don't bother - this platform sucks and is wildly expensive!
Terrible experience with this site. Really disappointing user interface and bad designs!
Bad experience, navigation painful and they force you to buy at least 1,000 coins which is twice what we needed. Inconsistencies between email and text invitations, do not accept phone numbers in the excel table and more frustrating things. The website is designed to be captive, it’s hard to drop and move to another service when you spent a lot of time designing your invitation. For 60 people it did cost us $120 (not paper, just e-cards!). I do not recommend!
