This company provides very poor quality products and even worse customer service. Our law firm received multiple botched orders, and the problems were never fully corrected. We ended up throwing all of the notepads in recycling. When we requested a refund, the owner refused and was very dismissive and unhelpful. I highly recommend against using this company.

Initially in working with PaperCraftInc everything seemed fine. Eventually, more and more of Lang Gibson's true colors started to show. I have seldom dealt with a more unprofessional individual. I'm shocked that they are able to stay in business the way they treat people. Do yourself a big favor and stay away.

I recently found PaperCraft on Google when I was looking for a company that provided businessstationery. I recently started my own company and wanted to order business cards, letterhead and envelopes. I needed help with design ideas, paper choice, colors, etc. I called the number on their website and was suprised when a real person answered right away! Knowledgeable and Professional! I own my own business and I was looking to switch to a new office product supplier because my current one wasn't as dependable as I needed them to be. After some researching I found Papercraft and I'm glad I did. The entire experience was flawless from start to finish. They were able to help me with the products I was looking for and found ways to save me time and money. You can definitely tell that they make their customers their top priority. Highly recommend!
