Customer care experts? No, definitely not. Some of the worst customer service I have ever received! It cracks me up that at the top of their site it says "Customer Care Experts." They say that they will provide a proof within 24 hours. Mine took 5 days. In the mean time I called multiple times, left messages (during business hours), sent emails and sent inquiries through the website and no one ever acknowledged my issue at all! Great customer service! Just moved to town and needed to restock on my stationary and a few gifts for friends. I love this store! They have the cutest stuff plus top-of-the- line stationary. Contrary to the reviews, I thought the customer service was fabulous. This one woman, older blonde, was super helpful without being pushy. I will definitely be back to this place and feel lucky to have found it.
