If I could give no stars I would! This is by far the worst building I have ever lived in. Before moving here I couldn’t see any reviews on this building it self but I saw other reviews for the properties in Chicago.Being the suburbs I thought it would be a little bit different. I've been a resident here for over a year now. Everything you think about a nasty, loud, disrespectful, drug slanging, violence having building is all right here. If this is the kinda lifestyle you live this is perfect for you, if not? Haul ass. Management is horrible, tenants a disgusting and rude.7117 s. Calumet ave. Avoid avoid avoid.
I'm disgusted with this property management, In Winter of 2015/16 there maintenance crew damaged my 4 Kitchen chairs irreparably.... after 3months they relented and paid for cleaning and reupolstering my chairs. On July 19, 2016 a power surge within the building damaged many residents electronics, and that refused to compensate??? Inside wiring caused surge, and they're not at fault.
