Came in the store. Looking for a birthday card. Has a beautiful selection and was unhappy with the envelope choice. I asked very kindly to see if I can switch it for another one. It was a no. Which I understood. The employed was so rude. As I was walking out the store the employees laughed so loudly and we’re so rude and disrespectful to me. I would’ve never shop at the store again. So sad because I would come in here for all my birthday card needs.
Racist place. I went here a few months ago but don’t plan on ever coming back. There was an Asian lady who appeared to be the manager. Long story short: I was browsing. She kept getting close to me and giving me dirty looks. She then asked me a question that insinuated that I wanted to steal. More details but the point is they discriminate. I’ve been coming here since I was 4 years old. This was upsetting and unfortunate because I used to love this store, but I will not be coming back. Just a painful
Great store to have in Santa Barbara. The associates are all very friendly and helpful.
Older lady who checked us out straight up ruined our day. Incredibly rude for absolutely no reason. We couldn’t figure out why she was so mean without reason. It ruined the experience and we won’t be returning. Thought about it all day. The young employee was lovely and helpful & is the one star for the place. I hope the older lady has a better day and treats people with kindness
