Older lady who checked us out straight up ruined our day. Incredibly rude for absolutely no reason. We couldn’t figure out why she was so mean without reason. It ruined the experience and we won’t be returning. Thought about it all day. The young employee was lovely and helpful & is the one star for the place. I hope the older lady has a better day and treats people with kindness

There is an older woman there, not sure what her name is, but she is probably one of the rudest people I have ever met. I have interacted with her multiple times and she is so unbelievably awful. I hope to never speak to her again, she has absolutely ruined my day because she is so rude. She should not be working here, or anywhere that she has to interact with people.

I called their store to ask if they provide recycling for printer toners. When I greeted the person who answered the phone (if I remember correctly, her name was Jacqueline) and asked how she was doing, I received an angry “okay,” followed by an accusation that I had called earlier and that they were not interested in whatever I was offering.
