There is an older woman there, not sure what her name is, but she is probably one of the rudest people I have ever met. I have interacted with her multiple times and she is so unbelievably awful. I hope to never speak to her again, she has absolutely ruined my day because she is so rude. She should not be working here, or anywhere that she has to interact with people.

I called their store to ask if they provide recycling for printer toners. When I greeted the person who answered the phone (if I remember correctly, her name was Jacqueline) and asked how she was doing, I received an angry “okay,” followed by an accusation that I had called earlier and that they were not interested in whatever I was offering. Fantastic store for unique wrapping paper, thoughtful and beautifully decorated cards, games, books, novelty items. They even had some old-time candy and decorated gift boxes as well. What a delightful surprise when I wandered in and the staff was helpful i’m ready to assist with any of my questions.
