I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at Paper Source. My mother, sister, and I visited the store expecting a pleasant shopping experience, but instead, we were closely followed throughout the store by a young white store associate. It quickly became noticeable and unsettling. To confirm what we were experiencing, we intentionally moved around to different areas, even randomly browsing items and she continued to follow us.
