Came in yesterday Saturday at 2:30 - they had half the menu blanked out - came back again today at 12:45 and even more of the menu is not available - few things this is letting us know - none of there food is prepared fresh/daily, if it was it would have been remade for the next day. This isn’t the first time I’ve ran in to this with this food truck. It’s just sooo tiring and pointless to come to a place that sells food, but only had 2 or 3 of 10 items for sale.
Brisket and ribs were great. Very tender and flavorful. Bbq sauces were also good. The cornbread was good until I realized there was some slime which indicated it was going bad. Probably from the warmth in the truck. Wish there were better sides (rice, Mac and cheese).
Food truck with amazing meats... absolutely delicious.
Usually with brisket it’s so tender it’s falling apart when you pick it up. This place has it all wrong chewy brisket needing something to cut it up and only pepper crust on top. Left with a dry tasteless chewy piece of meat. Unfortunate experience. As someone who knows there BBQ save your money and skip this spot.
Just had lunch here, love the food and being able to hang out in play is a bonus!
